Kremena Lefterova is Mars' human resources business partner for the UBBAI region. She is actively involved in the implementation of the company's strategy for employee development and in achieving the overall goals of the team. She has extensive experience in the field of human resources, and before joining Mars, she worked for Ingram Micro and Penny Market. She graduated from the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, where she received a master's degree in sociology, Scandinavian studies and computational linguistics.
What were the biggest challenges you faced last year and how did you deal with them?
Our most important commitment was to protect the health of our employees and all those related to our business - customers, partners, suppliers. Due to the unexpected outbreak of the pandemic, we had to make quick decisions and take the right brands to ensure the safety of people in this unprecedented situation. We are happy to have been able to respond to the challenges in the most adequate way possible.
