2020 was full of challenges as the pandemic confronted the world with an unprecedented situation. At Mars, we were able to make the right decisions and reorganize our activities in such a way as to be more efficient and pragmatic in this new reality. We are happy that the pandemic did not cause significant changes in our work processes and even in the most difficult periods we continued to focus on performing our operations with the same high quality and delivering our goods to consumers on time.

We have dealt with the situation and implemented most of our plans for 2020 despite the pandemic. Mars is a family company with more than a century of history, which has witnessed all the crises the world has gone through in the last 100 years. We have vast experience in all situations, but more importantly, we have 5 key principles around which our business is built - quality, responsibility, interaction, efficiency and freedom. They guided us so that we could respond adequately to the challenges and minimize the negative consequences of the pandemic.
