Mondelez Bulgaria received an award for achievements in the policy of equality between women and men in the category "Economic and non-profit organizations". 

The distinctive sign was created and awarded by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) according to Art. 16 of the Law on Equality of Women and Men in three categories: State Institutions (central and local government), Profit and Non-profit Organizations and Public Organizations and Institutions. This is a moral reward, a symbol of prestige and an incentive for institutions and organizations to improve their governance, in accordance with the achievement of equality for all.
