Mondelez Bulgaria joined the Bulgarian Diversity Charter and became part of the community of companies in Bulgaria, which are guided by the values of diversity in their business strategy and put the talent and skills of its employees first, regardless of their differences.

Bulgaria is the 25th EU member state to introduce such a recommended policy to promote diversity and equality and to share good practices between companies in this regard. The Bulgarian Diversity Charter is a joint initiative of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) and the Center for the Study of Democracy (CSD), which aims to promote social inclusion and equal opportunities for all employees by promoting the values of diversity and introducing inclusive practices at the work place.
