Ivaylo Naydenov is a General Manager for Mondelez International in SCE driving the strategic roadmap of the business in the region for Bulgaria, Romania and East Adriatic Markets. He is a business professional with vast international experience in Mondelēz International business and FMCG sector in Bulgaria and the region. 

He joined Mondelez Bulgaria in 2004 and has held several positions with important responsibilities as Director of Sales and Marketing in Bulgaria. During his mandate, Ivo introduced a new commercial policy and strengthened the distribution system. Thus, he managed to gain experience in several fields of activity. At the beginning of 2013, he took over as Managing Director of Mondelez Bulgaria, having enhanced powers, and managed to successfully develop the company in the country, focusing on strengthening the local organization and stimulating the development of the business. As of March 2015, Ivo was appointed as General Manager for Mondelez Bulgaria, Romania and East Adriatic markets.
