The recognitions highlight the company’s consistent approach to employer branding, talent attraction and development, and employee engagement.

Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria and the Coca-Cola HBC Business Services Organisation (BSO) won a total of seven accolades at the Career Show Awards 2026 – three Gold, two Silver and two Bronze awards. The recognitions highlight the company’s consistent approach to building a strong employer brand and attracting, developing and engaging talent.

The first Gold award, in the “Best Employer – Finance” category, was presented to the Coca-Cola HBC Business Services Organisation (BSO), which provides centralised services in finance, accounting, human resources and master data for all 29 countries in which Coca-Cola HBC operates across Europe and Africa. The award recognizes Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria’s consistent HR practices that foster employee engagement and talent development, including initiatives such as the Coca-Cola Hellenic – UNWE Academy, created in partnership with the University of National and World Economy, and the BSO Internship Program.

Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria also received a Gold award in the “Talent Attraction Strategy” category for its “Supply Yourself with...” campaign, designed to attract talent to the Technical function. Through the authentic stories of employees from the Kostinbrod and Bankya production centres, the campaign showcases career development opportunities in manufacturing and logistics.

“People are at the heart of every recognition we receive – their energy, ideas and commitment to making our company a better place to work. These awards are a recognition of all our colleagues who contribute every day to building a culture of trust, development and collaboration,” said Maya Tsankova, People & Culture Director at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria.

The third Gold award went once again to the Coca-Cola HBC Business Services Organisation (BSO), this time in the “Rebranding Strategy” category, for the creation and implementation of its new employer value proposition, “Excel With Us”. The communication platform builds on the existing Group employer branding concept, “We Play to Grow and Win, Do You?”, and has been developed based on authentic employee insights, data-driven findings, and the unique qualities that define our organization. It is designed to reflect the specific nature of BSO and the needs of its key talent segments.

“This year, as BSO celebrates its 15th anniversary, we have taken our employer positioning to the next level with our own EVP – ‘Excel With Us’. It reflects what makes us distinctive as an organisation and clearly showcases the development opportunities we offer to the talented people with whom we create value across all 29 markets of the Group,” said Silvia Ivanova, People & Culture Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Business Services Organisation (BSO).

The two Silver awards, in the “Best Employer – FMCG” and “Career Development Strategy” categories, provide further recognition of Coca-Cola HBC’s consistent efforts as an employer. This long-term commitment to people development and the working environment is also reflected in the company being certified as a Top Employer for the fourth consecutive year by the Top Employers Institute. At the heart of this approach are integrated initiatives that provide greater visibility of career opportunities, develop leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

The Coke Internship programme received a Bronze award in the “Internship Programme” category. The programme supports the development of young talent by providing hands-on experience, training and opportunities for a successful start to their professional careers.

The overall Employer Branding strategy of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria and Coca-Cola HBC Business Services Organisation (BSO) was also recognised with a Bronze award in the “Employer Branding Strategy” category. It aims to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice for young talent, experienced professionals and future leaders. The approach combines innovative initiatives, strategic partnerships and the active involvement of employees as employer brand ambassadors, covering the entire talent journey – from attraction to development and retention.

Among the initiatives supporting this commitment is #YouthEmpowered. For nine years, the programme has been helping young people develop practical knowledge and skills and prepare for their professional journeys. To date, it has reached more than 36,000 young people in Bulgaria, with company employees actively contributing as mentors and speakers.
