How do you expect the way consumers choose, buy, and consume products to change in the next 10 years?
We expect significant changes in the way consumers choose, buy and consume products. With the development of technology and increasing access to information, consumers will become increasingly informed and demanding. They will look for products that meet their individual and even momentary needs and preferences, while paying much more attention to healthy and sustainable aspects. At Danone Bulgaria, we will continue not only to adapt to these changes by offering innovative and healthy products, but also to increasingly impose the sustainable and responsible way of doing business.
