Vanya Peshanova, Unilever: In 10 years we doubled the business in Bulgaria

"Unilever" has been  on the Bulgarian market in several directions: beauty;detergents and cleaning agents; dressings and mayonnaises; ice cream. How is the company's business developing in them, what is the trend?

- Unilever's business in Bulgaria is developing very well. In many categories we are growing and gaining market shares, and in many of them we are market leaders. In the last 10 years, we have been able to double our business (excluding the Ice Cream division and all acquired and sold brands).
 
Over the years, there has been a lot of turmoil in the markets in which we operate, caused by the covid pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the subsequent energy crisis and inflation. But when a business operates in many categories, it can balance between them and manage to respond to changes in consumer behavior.
