The Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) has confirmed the right of the bottling company DEVIN EAD to use the Devin brand. The desision is final.

 

The company, a leading producer and bottling company of natural mineral and spring water, will continue legitimately to develop and impose the brand on the Bulgarian market, as it has been so far since 1994, when the trade mark was registered. Magistrates state that the trade mark Devin fully complies with all applicable legal requirements, registered in accordance with national and international law.
