Nikolay Tinkov takes over from Hristina Georgieva, who continues her career as part of the company in a new role at group level
Nikolay Tinkov, current Portfolio Integration Manager at Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria, is the company's new Marketing Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for the marketing development of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria's soft drinks business, working closely with The Coca-Cola Company and Monster Energy Company. Tinkov succeeds Hristina Georgieva, who took up a new role at the beginning of December focusing on the development of world-renowned brands such as Schweppes, Kinley and Lurisia for all Coca-Cola HBC 29 markets.

Nikolay joined the Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria team at the beginning of 2021 as Shopper Marketing Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in FMCG gained from various roles in Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing at companies such as Heineken and Diageo. In his most recent role as Portfolio Integration Manager, he built a highly committed and motivated team that achieved many significant results. In just two years he has played an essential role in establishing dozens of winning strategies for the company's non-alcohol portfolio.
Nikolay Tinkov holds a master’s degree in Global Marketing from the University of Liverpool and teaches business and marketing courses at New Bulgarian University.
