As of August 1, 2024, Kiril Kirilov is the new director of the Mondelize International Chocolate Factory in Svoge. He takes over from Anna Marinkova, who moved into the role of Business Development Director based in Zurich from the beginning of September.

Kiril Kirilov joins the Mondelez team with an impressive career track record. After completing his education in the city of Wuppertal, Germany, he started his professional career in the German subsidiary of an international Austrian company for the production of packaging for the food industry, where he reached the position of plant manager. After returning to Bulgaria, Kiril held management positions in two automobile companies, as production director and plant manager.

With extensive experience in team management, process optimization and successful project delivery, Kiril brings with him a combination of international experience and a deep insight into the entire supply chain, production methods and systems, with a special focus on leading teams. These skills will allow him to continue the development of the plant, building on the strengths of the team and the solid foundations that have already been built.
