In 2021, consumers' aim of a healthy, safe and quality lifestyle will inevitably be among the main drivers for more transformations and innovations among FMCG & Retail market participants.

However, it is not only the "producer-trader-end-user" relationship that determines the dynamics of the sector. Good governance models, environmental standards, contributions to the economy, the labor market and the social environment will be the leading internal and external drivers in the sustainable growth strategies of FMCG and Retail companies.

In the third edition of the Responsible Producers Forum, representatives of business, industry and non-governmental organizations outlined the much larger picture of the impact that the FMCG sector has on the economic, environmental and social environment in Bulgaria.
