General Meeting

The General Assembly is the governing body of the Association. The General Meeting consists of all regular and associated members of the Association but only regular members have voting rights.

Management Board

The Management Board is the governing body of the Association.

The members of the board are:

Chairman of the Management Board Food Drink Bulgaria

Svetla Lesova is the executive director of Mondelez Bulgaria, whose portfolio includes brands like Milka, Toblerone, Suchard, Svoge, Moreni, Mlechen, Oreo, BelVita and Barni.Previously, she was a Director of Sales and Strategies at the company for Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa for nearly three years with responsibilities in 90 countries.

She has previously worked for Procter & Gamble, where she was primarily responsible for brands such as Gillette, Duracell and Braun.

In 2006 she moved to Romania to take responsibility for sales to key customers, and in mid 2010 she returned to Bulgaria as a manager of Procter & Gamble Bulgaria.

She graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" as and has a Master's in Business Administration.

Iana Ivanova

Executive Director Food Drink Bulgaria

Iana Ivanova is a manager with more than 10 years of experience in media companies and more than 12 years as a legal advisor to Bulgarian and international companies - Media Link AD, BTV Media Group, TV2 / PRO BG, BNT.

Since 2012 Iana Ivanova is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Distributors of Television Programs - a professional non-governmental organization of owners and representatives of television broadcasting programs in Bulgaria.

Iana Ivanova graduated from Law at Sofia University and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business and has Specializations at John Moore University in Liverpool and at the International School of Communication in London.
